Refund policy

All fees will be refunded if you are deemed to NOT be a candidate for treatment by your assigned physician.

After the physician has reviewed your case and approved your for treatment, any telemedicine fees, prescription orders, and skincare products are non-refundable and we cannot accept any returns due to the nature of our product offerings.

However, if you feel we have made an error in filling your order, please contact our customer support at support@easyhealthrx.com and we will review your specific case.
